Tawnya Zerr has a vision, a plan, and a place. Now if only she could find a beer stein suitable for the oven.  Zerr is set to open Yummy’s Cupcake Emporium at 300 Main St. in mid-June. Zerr, who cut her sweet tooth working at Royal Café in Story City the past 11 years, will be whipping up pies, fudge, and signature cupcakes, including peanut butter and jelly, black cherry – the favorite of Tawnya’s husband, Rob – and a work-in-process beer cupcake.  Read More
